  This has got to be one of the worst wholesale clubs around. Costco treats there customers with respect. Sams does not even get a 1 star for me worst customer service ever.. If you plan on joining this club beware.. pure snakes in my opinion!!!

  Purchased 4 tires in August, very happy with price and service. 3 days ago started having unusual noise in left front tire area. Noise got really bad yesterday, took car in to my local dealer, they found that one of the balancing weights was coming loose and was rubbing on my strut. Dealership fixed problem for me today. Stopped over at Sam's just to make them aware of what happened, talked with Ben, the manager of the tire and auto area, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Ben then called for a store manager to come to the tire area, and it ended up that they re-imbursed me for my expense of having to get my car fixed! I did not expect that and told them so, but was quite thankful. In my oponion, Ben went above and beyond his duty to make sure that he had a satisfied customer and I told him that I would pass this excellent customer service story onwards.
