  Don't try and trade more than one or the same thing in or else they will accuse you of being a thief, just traded a console in and had multiple battery packs that forgot to bring with me, so I brought the next day. Rude and unreasonable. Not coming here anymore. And it's not like I look like a thug or anything, I'm a responsible home and business owner, and parent of two wonderful kids. I would never treat a customer the way they did me. Even spoke to the general manager who called me a liar.

  Very disrespectful, and condescending staff. Not coustomer pleasing, they told us they would be able to do a trade in and that we would just have to wait so we politely waited and then about an hour of waiting they then told us they would not be able to do the trade. Not pleased with this game stop!
