  I placed an order online and waited over a week for it to arrive. I tracked it through FedEx using the tracking number provided, but it said it was waiting for information from the sender. When I reached out to BB&B's customer service, I was informed that the order had been inadvertently shipped to the store instead of me, so they sent it back to the company. 1. The store never bothered to contact me that a package had arrived for me at their location. 2. I never received an email from BB&B about the situation and that the purchase price had been refunded to my card, until I asked. I will never order from them again, and will think twice before I shop at the store.
